Morro da Urca, Rio de Janeiro – Brazil. It is the first hill up the Sugar Loaf. Apart from present spectacular views from the top (220 meters high), the base is also a good place to do some hiking. Most of the skilled mountain climbers will be found climbing the sheer side of the hill, but there are also nice hiking trails that start from the Praia Vermelha. The Morro da Urca is the first stop before getting the Sugar Loaf Mountain by cable car. It stands 220 meters (660 feet) of altitude and offers numerous different levels of routes, as well as beautiful sights of the coast of Rio.
