Preikestolen – also known as Preacher’s Pulpit or Pulpit Rock. It is a huge cliff located in Forsand, Ryfylke,Norway. Its original name is Hyvlatonnå. It is one of the most popular tourist destinations of Norway. The rock was every year visited by between 150,000 and 200,000 visitors. Tourist can reach on the top by hiking around 3.8 km to Preikestolen. It is expected to spend four-five hours hiking from the lodge to the top and back down, and allow an hour or two to spend on the plateau. From cliff there are beautiful views of the densely and colorful green valleys of the Ryfylke region. Some of the tops have plains which are combined with lakes.
