Rysy – A mountain in the crest of high Tatras. It is situated on the border of Slovakia and Poland. The Mountain has three peaks. The northwestern peak is the highest point of Poland. Its height is 2499 m. The other two peaks are situated on the Slovak side of the border, in the Prešov Region. The peak can be reached on foot and from the Polish side coming from the Morskie Oko lake, which is a tougher and steeper route. Some tourists lie in the sun after a long climb, and others take the opportunity to make countless pictures.
