Prague Castle is a unique architectural complex situated in Prague, Czech Republic. The Castle was constructed at this site in the early 9th century. In the 12th and 13th century the castle was renovated and expanded. Around the castle, small town known as Lesser Town began to form and obtained city rights in 1257.
