Suomenlinna Sea Fortress is an ancient maritime fortress and one of Finland’s top most popular tourist destinations. It is situated at the entrance of Helsinki’s harbour. Every year more than 700,000 tourists visit this stunning fortress. The fortress is built by the Swedes, and used by the Russians. The fortress stands on six islands and in addition to its direct exposure defenses and iron cannons include the submarine.
