The death zone starts from a region where altitude reaches 8,000 m and atmospheric pressure can get as low as 5.16 psi. In such conditions the breathing becomes difficult. The climbers can die because of loss of vital functions, fatigue, and accident or clouded thinking.
Even with all the perilous facts it is becoming a most approached destination by mountaineers. The journey is difficult yet accomplishing, the views are deadly but breath-taking, the survival is difficult but strengthening and the journey is tiresome yet rewarding.
