South Beach commonly named as SoBe is located in Florida, United States of America. The South Beach is in the neighbourhood of Miami Beach. The exact location of the South Beach lies with the boundaries of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean in Miami city proper. Today the beach attracts thousands of tourists owing to its beauty.
South Beach has been developed with huge changes over the years since 1910. Carl G. Fisher, the Lummus Brothers, and John S. Collins have played a major role in the development of the South Beach. The addition of Collin Bridge was a vital step in the development of the beach as it provided to be the first land link between mainland and the beaches.
South Beach section of Miami Beach is today a major entertainment spot with hundreds of restaurants, boutiques and hotels. Most of the visitors, other than the Western Hemisphere are from Europe and Israel. Some of people have their second homes in South Beach region for vacation purposes.
